2017.12.01 — 2018.06.01

To build up some experience before jumping into the real work life, I decided to go for an Erasmus+ after my studies.
It was an interesting experience since I choose for a video producing company called Alunites. Out of my comfort zone, but so learnful.
During my stay I enjoyed to discover the city, new places to eat and to meet new people.

MUST KNOW
• A specialty of Lyon called Praluline: An amazing pure butter Brioche generously filled with pounded pralines, you must try this.
• Bouchon: A bouchon is a type of restaurant found in Lyon, that serves traditional Lyonnaise cuisine, such as sausages, duck pâté or roast pork. Compared to other forms of French cooking such as nouvelle cuisine, the dishes are quite fatty and heavily oriented around meat.
• I discovered the beer Pech Melbush in the bar Hopper. I would recommend it to try it. Another beer: Boscoli
• You also must try 'une quenelle'. It's a mixture of creamed fish or meat, sometimes combined with breadcrumbs, with a light egg binding, formed into an egg-like shape, and then cooked. Also a speciality of Lyon.

GO OUT
• Le sucre
